Does Cronoria comply with the mandatory time record?
Yes. Cronoria is specifically designed to comply with art. 34.9 of the Spanish Workers' Statute and retains the granular record (start, break, end) for 4 years with cryptographically verifiable signature.
Do I need to install anything on company computers?
No. Everything runs from the web browser. Employees can also use the native iOS app, with optional geolocation and offline clock-in.
How is sensitive data like sick leave handled?
Supporting documents are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and automatically purged after 365 days. Only your company administrator can download them; Cronoria doesn't access the content.
Can I try before paying?
Yes. We offer a 15-day free trial with no credit card. At the end, you can upgrade to a paid plan or let the access expire at no cost.
Is geolocation mandatory?
No. Each company decides whether to enable it and in which mode: spot perimeter (only zone enter/leave) or continuous tracking (delivery). The worker must be informed beforehand.
Does it comply with GDPR?
Yes. We sign a Data Processing Agreement (GDPR art. 28) with every company, keep an activity register, impact assessments and automatic retention periods per data category.
